REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

POSITION INFO:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offer technical support to Project and Service department staff
• Retail store visits and inspections
• Assessing store equipment and preparing of reports for repairs to equipment eg. self-contained refrigeration units, cold and freezer rooms, display cases and general electrical repairs on interactive ovens and hot cases
• Manage customer expectations and relationships
• Communicate project timelines to customers
• Inspect and sign-off repairs carried out by in-house or external sub-contractors
• Continuous improvement

SKIILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical background/experience refrigeration related
• Problem and conflict management skills
• Responsibility and self-starter
• Microsoft office
• Communication
• Own vehicle (reliable)
