RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Our client is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to administer and coordinate the recruitment and selection process/activities end to end in line with relevant legislation and HR policy framework.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Screen job applications to create shortlists of suitable candidates
• Interview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior to senior professionals including midlevel management)
• Network with potential hires through relevant platforms
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Conduct relevant checks, e.g., character reference etc.
• Advice hiring managers on the recruitment and assessment methods
• Liaise with third parties and HR service providers in the coordination of the recruitment process
• Liaise with line managers to determine recruitment requirements and needs
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
• Coordinate the logistic arrangement for new staff to ensure that new staff receive adequate information
• Produce recruitment reports as required
• Perform any other duty as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant diploma or equivalent
• +3 years demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection of up to management level.
• Experience in recruiting professional and specialised skills will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in presenting power point presentations
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites including other platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organisation and maintain sound relationships.
• Good in detail and accuracy, time management (multitask at the same time).
• Ability to work under pressure and to organise and manage workload to competing deadlines
