SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a front line and well-presented candidate who has a friendly telephone manner and can operate a busy switchboard

POSITION INFO:

 

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12/ equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

  • ·         A minimum of 3 or more years working experience as a receptionist
  • ·         Good communication skills, bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • ·         Excellent time management and reporting skills
  • ·         Computer literate: Pastel and Excel
  • ·         Have reliable transport
  • ·         Reside close to Kempton Park
  • ·         A non- smoker and of sober habits
  • ·         A stable work record and have contactable references

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ·         Perform general office administrative duties
  • ·         Answering of calls
  • ·         Responding to emails
  • ·         Meeting and greeting customers at reception
  • ·         Attending to customers and suppliers
  • ·         Filing of job cards
  • ·         Issuing and keeping track of the company stationery
