Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in R&D or Product Development
- 3-5 years’ experience in a management or leadership role, including the supervision and development of engineering teams.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including hardware, firmware, software, or electronic design engineers.
- Demonstrated experience leading product development projects from concept through design, testing, certification, production release, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience in electronic hardware design, embedded systems, firmware development, or related technical engineering disciplines.
- Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and project execution.
