Job Description

Reporting to the Director, You will be responsible for:

• Service and support of installations, systems and equipment.
• Manage service plans allocated to you.
• Project commissioning planning with arrangement of electrical and controls needs with engineering and project supervisor.
• Plan, arrange appointments for services with customers.
• Liaise with customers and their expectations
• Weekly meetings prior and during the course of services and projects.
• Post-mortems of all completed service intervals projects.
• On-site thinking, management of work quality and standards & time frames
• Supervision/management of contractors on site together with internal team.
• Safety management and compliance control.

Qualifications

• Trade Certificate Electrician/HVAC/Refrigeration Technician.
• Instrumentation and controls technical diploma/training

Skills

• At Least 5 years'' experience as a Service technician
• Wiring, controls, instrumentation. Fault finding.
• Industrial Process and HVAC experience.
