RB 407537 - Product Specialist (OSP) - Johannesburg

Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, You will b responsible for:

• Providing the sales team (internal/external) with the necessary technical expertise to enable sales and sales processing.
• Effectively manage the OSP team members, providing direction and guidance, monitor and evaluate.
• Review product pricing, forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at warehouses including liaison with production (locally and globally) to ensure supply timelines.
• Providing specialist support, guidance, monitoring and evaluation of Installations and Maintenance Services.
• Review of system stock levels, report on items
• Provide product awareness training sessions
• Building relationships with all stakeholders.
• Maintaining ISO standards
• Ensuring that Suppliers conform to ISO standards.
• Make product diagrams/specifications and any specific product requirements available to all stakeholders.
• Oversee product non-conformances and taking the appropriate action where required.
• Monitoring and Evaluation of Suppliers
• Assist with marketing and branding material for products.
• Co-ordination of sales and market approach, provide sales strategy inputs.
• Evaluation of price competitiveness
