Job Description

You will be responsible for providing customers with professional technical repair support on products. This position will coordinate and work closely with the Service Support Teams to assure a common understanding/application of technical service support and information to support and provide excellent customer service on equipment.

• Identify potential new product/spares offerings which result from the review and analysis of the process problems at hand
• Assist with preparation of quotations for customers
• Undertake effective and accurate repairs to equipment and in accordance with standards
• Work in a fast paced environment on several projects at one time, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Coordinate, prepare, analyse and submit accurate and timely reports/feedback to the customers and respective service department
• Must be willing and able to work extended hours, out of country when required and must be available for standby service.

Skills

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in a similar role
• Should have service experience in Instrumentation Control Valves
• Previously worked in a service facility
• Basic Hands-on training in service
• Shutdown experience
• Valid South African code EB driver’s license
