Our client is a turnkey SMPP contractor producing world-class steel products, servicing the mining and industrial sectors.

Job Description

 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, You will be responsible for:

• Controlling and managing the Production team in the workshop to meet production targets.
• Coordinating the fabrication production teams so as to integrate seamlessly with other departments.
• Ensuring all production team members are well supported, performing in their roles, and coached on a weekly basis, and culture of accountability is clearly evident in the team

 

Qualifications

• Qualified Boilermaker

Skills

• A minimum of 12 - 15 years working experience in a structural steel /  fabrication environment
