SUMMARY:
Our client based in Umhlanga is seeking an R & D Manager. Must have the following education.

S4 Diploma in Electronic Engineering, OR BSc Electronic Engineering OR BSc Computer Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of experience within an R&D environment
Proven track record of previous results and improvements

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The primary objective the position is to lead the technology strategy and innovation through the development of products within the organisation. The R&D manager will support and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, draftsmen, software developers, and project managers to ensure organizational needs are achieved whilst simultaneously managing both internal and external customer relationships and expectations.
