R & D CHEMIST

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agriculture industry is looking for a Research and Development Chemist to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Research and Development Chemist

Nelspruit

R28 000 to R32 000 (Based on experience)

Minimum requirements:

• BSc Degree Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years working/researching experience in the chemistry and/or agriculture industry
• Proven experience in Laboratory / QC / Production
• Knowledge of local legislation and legal procedures of Official Bodies
• Knowledge about the application of the products, composition and their effects
• Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and within a group
• Ability to work within local, regional and global networks with strong sense of accuracy and quality of work
• Show technical support to field salespeople and develop a good rapport with customer base
• MS Office advanced skills (mainly Power Point and Excel)
• Valid Drivers’ license
