Quantity Surveyor Ntuzuma, KZN Site Based

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education and skills required: B.Tech or B.Sc Quantity Surveying as well as CCS

This QS role will be site based in the Ntuzuma area of eThekwini in the KwaZulu-Natal province

Duties shall include:

Liaison with professional team, doing final accounts, monthly valuations, and pricing variations
Subcontractor payments, including scrutinising of their claims
Advising on a range of contractual issues (JBCC Contract)
Cost reports on monthly project review meetings
Procurement advice and assistance
Experience in using CCS
Updating forecasts on a monthly basis and monitoring of on Site expenditure

Approval of material and sub-contractor orders placed by Site Managers

Our Client has a Commercial Development in the Ntuzuma area and are wanting to expand current team with an additional site based QS
