POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of bills of quantities
Conduct cost estimation and pricing
Monitor project costs and budgets
Assist with contract administration
Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
Regular site diary maintenance for various sites
Assist with Levels and as-built drawings
Prepare and issue progress claims to clients /Monthly payment certificates for various projects
Validation of Sub Contractor Claims

Requirements

Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying is preferred
Knowledge of construction processes and practices
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and quantity surveying software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work away from home
