JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established Engineering company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Requirements:

Experience as a quantity surveyor
Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying discipline
Consultancy experience is preferred
Good Communication
Strong information technology background
Electrical skills are preferred

Responsibilities (not limited to):

Feasibility planning
Providing of procurement advice
Handling of tender documentation
Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
Cost planning
Coordination of work effort
Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
