QS opportunity in Stellenbosch region

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client a contractor in the Stellenbosch region requires a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, applicants should hold a minimum of a National Diploma / Degree with at least 8 years’ experience on large building projects to include multi storey accommodation, commercial and luxury residential.

Duties / requirements

CCS full function
JBCC fluent
Manage all subcontractor appointments, monthly draws, queries, final accounts, etc
Variation orders
All contractual matters and correspondence
Cost reports and budgets.
Monthly valuation certificates
Final accounts
Liaise with professional team.
Attend site meetings
Supervise and mentor junior QS’s
