SUMMARY:
Quantity Surveyor required to work on numerous construction sites in the Stellenbosch and Boland areas of Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Quantity Surveying Degree or Diploma is essential
Must have 8 to 10 years experience gained with Hotels and Apartment Buildings

This QS role works under a Commercial Manager and reports to a Commercial Manager and is responsible for site based QS's

Duties:

Appointing of subcontractors
Submitting of monthly valuations
Processing of sub-contractor payments
Liaising on a weekly basis with client representatives on Variations and the cost thereof
Final Accounts i.e. client & sub-contractors
Preparing monthly Cost Reports, forecast projections & cash flows
Preparation of sub-contractors payments
Monthly valuations and final accounts
Monthly cost reports, budgets
