Qualifications / Requirements:

• Relevant qualification – B.Tech in Quantity Surveying / Diploma in Building

• Minimum of 3 years experience within the building industry

• Strong IT and computer literacy, especially MS Office (Project, Excel, Outlook etc)

• Valid drivers license

• Residential or housing experience

• Ability to communicate and abide by deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills
