Great Opportunity available in the Financial Services industry for a Quantitative Analyst with experience in financial modelling.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
My client, an innovative contributor to the financial services industry, is looking to provide an opportunity for a Quantitative Analyst to become part of a fast growing and performance driven team. The ideal candidate must have a strong academic record and experience in a credit and/or consultancy setting. Knowledge of IFRS9 is going to be very important as you will be dealing with financial model development on a daily basis.
 
Education:
  • BSc Mathematics degree
  • Honours degree will be advantageous
  • Ongoing studies towards a CFA or Actuarial degree will be advantageous.
 
Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in credit risk and/or capital management
  • Previous financial services experience is preferred
  • Experience in consulting will be advantageous
  • Competent in SQL, SAS, R, Python
