SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Quality and Projects Engineer in Pretoria. (Automotive OEM Industry)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

AUTOMOTIVE AND OEM ESSENTIAL

Design, development, and implementation of quality sandards for all products.
Measurement system analysis on new projects (dealing with German, Japanese and American OEM standards)
Total quality planning dicumentation preparation on new projects.
Development and acceptance of processes and products against prescribed standards.
Training and assessment of production personel against prescribed work standards.
The accurate and on-time preparation of customer ISIR, PSW''''''''S and PPAP packages.
The control and safekeeping of records of analysis and information used for analysis.
Manage new project and engineering specification testing.
Project planning, project management and status reporting.
Develop project plans and timing plans.
Develop control plans for products to ensure conformance to specification at design release and ongoing production.
Maintain accurate project management, design and development records relating to plastic projects.
Technical support and management of the APQP process.
Provide technicalsupport in the FMEA process.
Assess current Plastic products in view of design improvements and cost reduction.
Ensure that Quality, Safety, Health and environmental requirements are incorporated into and achieved in the project planning process.
