SUMMARY:
Manager needed in the manufacturing sector to Implement, Monitor, maintain and continue improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

Matric
Quality Management Certification/Training
6+ years experience in Quality Management
Extensive knowledge and standard clausal requirement of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015

Experience

Implementing a quality management system up to certification
Internal auditing
Third party and certification audits

Responsibilities:

Complete internal audits and maintain records
Adhere to quality manual. Update of quality manual
Maintain and update quality policy where required
Ensure suppliers are rated annually, internally by buyers and that issues are addressed accordingly.
Set objectives per department, monitor and reported to Top Management
Monthly review of Equipment Control
Send out Customer Satisfaction survey, update feedback register and report on feedback
Manage and close out of any customer complaints
Management review meeting – organise, compile as per ISO 9001:2015 standard and presentation. Ensure actions from management review meeting are closed out.
Ensure ISO 9001:2015 clausal requirements are met and certification is maintained
Ensure ISO 9001:2015 policies, procedures, work instructions
Monitor expiry dates and ensure timeous re-certification
Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental, quality, legal and regulatory requirement as per stipulated by company requirement.
