Inform production and quality supervisors and setters of non-conforming products

- Use 1st off and patrol inspections to obtain information on component and product quality

Identify and place non-conforming product on hold and isolate from conforming product
|
- Fill HOLD labels with relevant information on the label, isolate material and products on hold effectively from the rest of the production.

Perform patrol inspections and check quality of product on a production line by applying work instructions and procedures

- Check that red scrap bins are available at every station
