Quality Foreman x 2

SUMMARY:
To ensure adherence to laid down specifications; instructions and procedures thereby ensuring the outgoing quality of goods/products meet customer requirements.

POSITION INFO:

Main Responsibilities:

• To perform internal audits on production processes
• To sample and compare products and parts thereof to engineering drawings
• To ensure Quality instructions, procedures and manufacturing instructions are adhered to
• Responsible for training and efficient personnel performance in the QC section
• Responsible for regular execution of tests in accordance with Circuit Breaker Industries, Quality Instructions and specifications applicable to finished products
• Maintain quality insurance process
• Responsible for the correct functioning of all quality processes
• Maintain test equipment and test jigs by ensuring that they stay always in a good working condition

Minimum Requirements

•  Grade 12
• B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant Quality Qualification.
• Experience in auditing to ISO9001
• Quality assurance experience
• 5 Years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong MS Office Skills
