JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role:

A world class company within the manufacturing sector is looking for a dynamic customer orientated candidate to investigate and solve all the customers queries within the production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer complaints or problems encountered in the field. Must be able to maintain good customer relationships. Must be able to be the liaison officer between the client and the customer.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Tertiary qualification Quality Assurance or similar
5 – 7 years’ experience in an FMCG manufacturing space.
Technical investigation of customer complaints
Extensive experience within the glass / bottle industry
A passion for quality is advantageous
Ability to work under pressure
Exposure in the Quality Assurance department
