SUMMARY:
Electrical Component Tester / Qualit Evaluator. MUST have advanced experience in Testing of Electrical components like circuit breakers. Electrical Qualification in combination with Min 3 Years’ relevant experience. Must be able to do calculation related to voltage, current and resistance.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in testing of Electrical components (lab testing would be ideal)
Formal Qualification Electrical engineering
Able to do calculations related to current, voltage and resistance
Attention to detail.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Carry out testing in accordance with standards and specifications.
Ensure all test instruments are calibrated and operational.
Work instructions for testing are in place before the commencement of production.
All imported products have test records before dispatching to the sales department.
Receive customer complaints and receive Internal NCRs.
Redirect NCRs to the correct responsible party.
Keep the stock value of samples below the target value.
Attends to customer complaints.
Ensures that quality is not sacrificed within a high volume and high productivity environment.
Provides quality-related data to managers.
Identifies and communicates potential improvement areas.
