Having strong ties to the USA they have build their reputation on reliable products. They have an opportunity available for a Mechanical / Quality Engineer to deal with customer QA issues and review operating procedures

Education:

University degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance.
Experience in the improvement of product quality and perceptions in the market.
Maintain company quality certification.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer QA issues.
Review operating procedures.
Training and development on quality improvement.
