POSITION INFO:

Well-established manufacturer of commercial trailers seeks to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Quality Controller at their premises near Alberton.

For the position you would be required to have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification, National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years'' experience as a Quality Controller in a manufacturing or heavy engineering environment
• ISO standards knowledge and experience
• MS Office literacy
• MRP/ ERP software experience will be a definite advantage

Responsibilities would include you to:

• Reports to the Engineering and Production Manager
• Inspects all incoming raw material right through to the finished products
• Keeps proper records
• Professional report writing to highlight quality issues
• Implements and maintains QC systems
