Quality Controller-Compliance Officer (DC) – Athlone - R10,300 per month

 

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Food Technology
• 2-3 years Dairy Experience
• 2 Years Production/Factory Experience
• 2 Years Quality Assurance Experience  
• Shift Work-Night Shift & Weekends (Occasionally)
• Must reside in the surrounding areas
• Clear Criminal Record
• Matric

 

Key Performances Areas:

• Verify that all quality assurance/food safety/health & safety standard operating procedures are observed within the factory
• Ensure that factory staff within relevant areas implement the current policies & procedures so that optimal standards of consumer food safety can be achieved.
• Ensure that all consumer food safety quality controls are adhered to in the relevant areas (Compliance)
