SUMMARY:
My client is a giant within the Automotive industry with a footprint in more than 10 countries globally. They are in search of a Quality Control Inspector to join their team. They require the candidate to have resilience and that goes the extra mile to reach results with high quality.

POSITION INFO:
Education:

Completed Matric

Requirements:

1-year Quality Inspection Experience
Experience within the Automotive industry or Manufacturing
Knowledge of quality functions
Good Ms Excel experience

Duties and responsibilities amongst others:

Conduct patrol audits once a week
Inspect incoming units and parts
Outgoing Inspection for all Units
Maintain corrective, preventive action and continuous improvement of quality on the production floor
Maintain daily movement of parts from quarantine area to reject store
Recording, capturing, escalating all NCR, PDR and QA to QC Manager
Quality document control
External Inspection of reworked units
In-process inspection
Attend Quality meetings and give feedback
Maintain and update of daily vehicle Quality report, daily FTT
Record all defects found so that accurate, correct feedback can be given to all concerned
Perform other tasks as assigned by an authorized person
