Quality Assurer
POSITION INFO:
A dev house which writes software for the gaming industry and specialises in advanced, cutting-edge online fun, which is a sentiment that is echoed in their environment and company culture is looking to hire the services of a Quality Assurer who is passionate about sport.
The successful candidate will work together with the existing Software Development team to test, improve upon and ensure quality of websites and related systems, including mobile platforms.
Requirements:
- BSC. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
- Scrum Master Certification (Essential)
- ISTQB Foundation or higher
- JIRA Administrator Certification
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.
- Knowledge and experience regarding Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Experience and ability to log all development changes, bugs, and new projects on Azure Dev Ops
- Configuration of Azure DevOps Boards and managing new plugins on Azure DevOps
- Knowledge regarding the value of metrics and incremental delivery
- Knowledge and exposure to the Software Development process with regards to testing
- Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
Reference Number for this position is NN53359 which is a permanent position based in Pretoria offering a cost to company salary of up to R500K per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
