POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for assisting with the maintenance of the QMS and ensuring smooth running of various processes and systems within the QA department
• In line with QCDSM principles the primary responsibilities for the incumbent are to ensure that several functions are well coordinated, maintained, and participate/interact with various stakeholders regarding the following functions:
• Document control and management of external standards
• QMS administration functions with regards to intranet, extranet, reporting, record keeping and identification of improvement opportunities
• Audit administration and coordination (internal, external, customer)
• CAR and Risk Assessment administration and coordination
• Administration of the quality critical suppliers and auditing
• Administration of internal QMS training and assessment

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Tertiary Diploma
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) - document control
• 2-5 years’ experience in quality assurance
• Must have sound exposure or insight into certifications and international standards
• MS Office
