Sustainable farm company specialising in precision irrigation, crop solutions, digital farming, and greenhouses seeks a Quality & HSE Assurer

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the QMS ISO 9001:2015 document control

• Conduct ISO9001:2015 internal audits

• Responsible for all Quality Management System updates and New Procedures

• General management of Quality Control, Non-Conformances and Customer Complaints

• Responsible for the HSE document control, compiling of HSE Procedures

• Conduct HSE audits and Risk assessments

• General HSE functions within the organization

• Responsible to conduct quality, HSE and Lean in-house training

• Coordinate and drive LEAN projects

• Compiling of monthly reports

Minimum required qualification/skills:

• Engineering Diploma (Technicon) and/or B-Tech Quality diploma

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an ISO Quality environment

• QMS ISO auditing experience

• HSE experience

• Language: Afrikaans and/or English

• Good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Excellent communication skills and a team player

• Ability to work independently

• Energetic and dynamic qualities

• Valid driver’s license
