SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Qualified Turner Machinist to join their busy breakdown company in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

POSITION INFO:
Position: Qualified Turner Machinist
Industry: Engineering         
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: R60 – R80 per hour (plus Overtime)
Closing Date: Friday, 17 September 2021
    
INTRODUCTION:
General and Precision Engineering - An Extensive Range Of Engineering Which Includes:

• Boiler Making And Fabrication 
• Manufacturing Of Components Mig, Tig And Arc Welding 
• Sandblasting Components 
• Design Machine Design 
• Manufacture 
• Installation 
• Alteration And Removal
• CNC Machining 
• Conventional Machining 
• Spray Painting 
• Gas, Air And Water Line Manufacture, 
• Installation 
• Alteration And Removal Spark-Eroding

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 senior certificate (Non Negotiable) 
• Clean criminal record (Non Negotiable)
• Clear ITC record (No bad debt / Non Negotiable)
• Own Transport is Essential
• Must have own Vernier 
• Must be willing and able to work overtime without notice 

 KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

• Clean Cut and well groomed 
• Must read / write & speak English 
• Must be able to read Drawings
• Must be at least 5 years Qualified as a Turner Machinist

EXPERIENCE:

• We are seeking a candidate to join a very busy breakdown company. 
• The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a qualified Turner Machinist.
• The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
