Workshop Foreman - Limpopo

POSITION INFO:

Our client, is looking for a Workshop Foreman to join their Service Department in Limpopo area. The main purpose will be to provide effective technical support to staff and ensuring excellent customer service is provided.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
  
• Must be a Qualified/certified Workshop Foreman
  
• Can be a Diagnostic Technician with 3-5 years Foreman experience
  
• Must have extensive Electrical Diagnostic experience
  
• Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician
  
• Tertiary education in management would be beneficial
  
• Must have 3 years experience at a Motor Dealership as a Workshop Foreman
  
• Must be able to start ASAP
  
• Valid Drivers Licence
  

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow workshop staff
  
• Maintain the workshop productivity standards and the workshop throughout
  
• Must set clear objectives and visions well in advance
  
• Ensure high quality customer service is met
  
• Communicate with staff, parts department and other departments effectively
  
• Encourage and motivate staff and professional development
  
• Implement and monitor compliance with policies and procedures
