Qualified Craftsman (Northern Suburbs, Cape Town) – Market-Related Salary Leading marketing and research agency offering end-to-end customer and consumer marketing services is seeking a qualified Craftsman who has experience in producing a variety of items from start to finish (furniture, display units, point-of-sale solutions). Experience and Qualifications Required: - Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate - Tertiary qualification in Carpentry / Joinery / Furniture / Artisan - A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Craftsman - Valid driver’s license and vehicle - Experience in the digital design / marketing and research agency - Able to read and interpret technical drawings - Able to problem-solve to reach the design intent - Able to work within a team or independently - Excellent communication skills - Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment between multiple projects - Able to work on week-ends, evenings or on-call if required - Some travel may be required. The physical aspect of this position requires frequent lifting of materials, sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending and kneeling therefore the incumbent needs to be fit and in good health.
