SUMMARY:
Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking for an experienced Quality Controller.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your responsibilities will include:

Operational planning and control:

Determining the requirements for products and services.
Establishing criteria for processes and the acceptance of products and services.
Determining the resources needed to achieve conformity to the product and service requirements.
Implementing control of the processes in accordance with the criteria.
Determining, maintaining and retaining documented information.
Control planned changes and review consequences of unintended changes.
Take action to mitigate any adverse effects of changes, as necessary.

Quality Assurance:

Design and development of manufacturing process.
Development and implementation of in-process inspection activities.
Detection and resolution of production process related issues.
Ensure delivery of satisfactory outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant Industrial Engineering Qualification (National Diploma or Degree)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt would be beneficial
A minimum of 2 Years Manufacturing Engineering experience
Ability to read CAD drawings (Advantage)
