POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:
ØGrade 12 or equivalent.
ØCertificate / Diploma in Client Services.
Ø3 years relevant experience.
ØComputer literate.
ØFluent in English and Afrikaans.
ØAble to work between 7:00 and 18:00 on weekdays and/or weekends depending on operational needs.
ØAbility to work from home should business needs require this (stable internet connection).

DUTIES:
ØCritical analysing and examining of information (Essential skill).
ØEvaluating company and team procedures.
ØQuality control and assurance of all client communication interactions: telephone, email, social media.
ØAnalysing of client on boarding.
ØProactively identify scenarios that may present a problem in future – report on issues identified.
ØAssist colleagues with overflow work Outbound call campaigns as and when required.
ØProvide feedback in terms of client survey results and improvement of individuals in the teams.
ØMonitor and report on client ratings.
ØLiaise with internal departments on Client Engagement scoring.
