SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a QA Administrator with experience in Quality management systems within the Steel Industry. This position is based in Benoni.

POSITION INFO:

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

QMS Administration functions and reporting
Record keeping and identification or improvement opportunities
NCR & CAR''s
Audits in/out
Document control
Read and understand drawings
Production Meetings
Assist with customer Quotes
Receive customer orders
Open folders for Jobs
Capture orders on the Tracking sheet
Request pricing on the material to be ordered
Order material
Make job cards
Creditors delivery notes (receive and check)
Handle all workshop queries on jobs
Arrange inspections
Make up all Data Packs
Arrange deliveries and scanning all Data Packs on Systems Archive
Filing

REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least 5 years relevant experience in the Steel Industry
Must be computer literate in MS Office and Drawings
Able to speak English and Afrikaans with full fluency
Matric, tertiary education will be advantageous
