Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and assistance to Food Safety/Quality manager.
* Maintain quality checks and procedures.
* Assist and monitor quality controllers and training thereof.
* To adhere to strict deadlines in carrying out quality control tasks.
* Ensure traceability and administrative checks are maintained.
* Work in accordance of food safety quality system ( ISO22000).
* Assist food safety manager in maintaining food safety certifications (verification records, control charts). * Liaison between Food safety officer and team members.
