SUMMARY:
Position available for a QC/QA Manager in the East Rand with experience in fresh produce industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role of job:Ensure compliance with all aspects of Quality Control and Quality Assurance for the company.

Fresh Produce knowledge essential
Attend HACCP Meetings
Experience with managing food safety system
Ensure traning records are up to date.
Implement and maintain a FSMS based on the principles of “Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point” (HACCP).
Ensure induction of new staff with FSMS.
Education and training of staff where needed.
Gather Scientific & Technical Information and
Gather information related to production
