To ensure effective control through sampling, testing and monitoring.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operations Chargehand 

  • PEPSI assurance testing & monitoring 

  • Complete Glass breakage inspection of plant 

  • Housekeeping inspections -Master Cleaning checklist 

  • Bottle conformance test 

  • Closure conformance test 

  • Help with non-conformances - re-test to determine nature of non-conformances 

  • Assist in supervising /verifying Blow moulding line QC testing and activities 

  • Assist with issue of cleaning chemicals and cleaning material to staff at clean up times to ensure that staffs do not waste time. 

  • Verify GHP checklist and report non conformers
