To ensure effective control through sampling, testing and monitoring.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operations Chargehand

PEPSI assurance testing & monitoring
Complete Glass breakage inspection of plant
Housekeeping inspections -Master Cleaning checklist

Bottle conformance test
Closure conformance test
Help with non-conformances - re-test to determine nature of non-conformances
Assist in supervising /verifying Blow moulding line QC testing and activities
Assist with issue of cleaning chemicals and cleaning material to staff at clean up times to ensure that staffs do not waste time.

Verify GHP checklist and report non conformers
