Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry
Requirements
- 6 to 8 Years experience in laboratory environment
- Biochemistry practical experience in lab environment
- Product and product application knowledge
- Follow Lab protocol/policies/procedures
- Food safety
- FSSC22000 Audit Requirements
Duties
- Ensure statistical process control implementation and capability to improve product and package quality
- Actively participate in customer or supplier audits and regulatory audits
- Annual Review of HACCP/ TACCP/ VACCP Plan
- Food Safety & Halal & Kosher Assurance Team Leader
- Ensure all quality control/assurance policies and procedures are adhered to in line with current FSSC22000 regulations
- Ensure QC/QA responsibilities as below are done on daily basis
