POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Biochemistry or related Degree
- More than 5 years in a similar position
- FSSC22000 qualified and experienced
- Auditing experience
Duties and Responsibilities:QC:- Sampling of RM/PM/FG.
- Testing of RM/PM/FG.
- Releasing reports of testing to QA with recommendation to approve/reject.
- Generate Material rejection note if the material is out of specification.
- Maintaining the laboratory and instruments and reagents.
- Handling and maintaining product and RM standards.
- Control and co-ordinate outsourced lab testing.
- Stability studies.
QA:- Review QC test results and decide for approval /rejection.
- Release the RM/FG/PM. Release and block material in SAP.
- Document and approve RM/PM/FG specifications.
- Control/Approval of documents.
- Control on processes.
- Implementing and maintaining of Quality and Food safety systems.
- Storage and control of retained samples.
- Maintain product formulations and BOM in the SAP.
- Handling complaints.
- Implementing and maintaining GMP programs including equipment, environment and personnel hygiene.
- Managing internal and external audits.
- Review and maintain batch manufacturing records (including QC test reports)
- Handling of returned products.
- Approval of new RM/PM suppliers.
- Label controls
- Handling of non-conforming products/RM/PM.
- Cleaning validations / process validations.
- Approval of changes
- Approval of deviations.
- Sanitation and pest control programs.
- Manage and authorize the new product introductions (Technology transfers).
- Plan and authorize stability studies.
- Authorize Methods of analysis.
