QA/QC Inspector (Manufacturing) KZN

SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity has arisen where the successful incumbent will be reporting to the Operations Manager.One will will manage all quality documentation; action plans etc. and will support the production team during the manufacturing process

POSITION INFO:

The QA/QC Inspector will be responsible for audits and inspections at supplier sites.
Assist with checking raw material / parts from suppliers
Ensure that the quality of the spare parts and assemblies meet the Company and customer standards.
Lead the production quality to ensure optimal conditions for the production of all equipment.
Ensure measuring tools are calibrated prior to performing quality checks.
Manufactured parts shall strictly comply with OEM specifications.
Verify that material to the company specifications and tracking material during supplier process.
Ensure that the quality system meets ISO9001 requirements.
Advise suppliers on manufacturing process relevant to components.
Conduct vendors/subcontractors audits to ensure compliance with the company and ISO9001 requirements.
Comply with the FIVES and legislative HSE requirements.
Manage relationships with the Commercial Manager, Buyers, Production Manager and team, HSEQ/HR Manager and Managing Director
