QA Systems Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Best practices and new technology is researched to ensure we apply best practices at all times.
*Develop and maintain all Quality Document systems.
*Ensure that HACCP/ISO standards are documented and available to all relevant role players.
*Conduct process audits.
*Support all Quality staff to conduct regular internal GMP & Hygiene audits.
*Develop audit documentation.
*Daily Taste Panel Daily taste panels are set up and scores recorded.
*Manage all WW and FCD customer complaints.
*Monitor all Returns to Manufacturing products (Monthly).
*Maintain the quality risk register.
*Coordinate pest control contractor and ensure compliance in regards to requirements for Pest Control standards.
*Assist Quality Managers with ad hoc tasks and projects where required.
*Ensure all WW specifications are captured and internal requirements are met.
*MDWT Participate and report MDWT Level 1 & 2 Meetings and Level 3 meetings when required.
*Reporting results Ensure timeous reports on QA results for all facilities.
*Identifies risks and takes calculated risks.

*Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
*Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. *Knowledge of Food Safety standards and legislation.
*Knowledge of internal auditing processes and practices for the food manufacturing environment. Sensory Evaluation.
*Knowledge of methods to conduct taste tests and score products accordingly and consistently.
*Knowledge of specific job-related internal processes and practices such as RTM, Customer Complaints, Document Management, Reporting Systems.
