• Assist with audit preparation and conduct audits within departments to ensure documentation, training and GMP compliance.
• Ensure ISO documents and SANS Register are current and are reviewed bi-annually.
• Print labels and laminate for various departments upon request.
• Conduct induction and QMS training to new employees.
• Assist the Customer Care Administrator when required.
• Responsible for departmental training and general administration.
• Oversee departmental training compliance and take action when training requirements are not met.
• Manage the control of Non-Disclosure Agreements / Visitor Medical Questionnaires and relevant GMP documentation.
• Manages and controls the box replacement process to ensure memos are created and back orders are controlled.
