The Role:

One of our BU's are recruiting the services of a QA AND TESTING NEW BUSINESS SPECIALIST SALES

Our ideal sales specialist has a strong understanding of ICT solution selling focusing on Quality Assurance and Testing sales, the sales process, and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Weâ??re seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, and someone with presence who can showcase our Quality Assurance and Testing offerings in a compelling way with the aim of closing the sale and adding value to our clients.

Skills and Experience:

Qualification Required:

  • Grade 12 non-negotiable
  • Relevant Degree/ Diploma / Certifications

Preferred Qualification:

  • CISSP, CCSP advantageous.
  • Hyperscale cloud security certification advantageous. (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)

Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years solid experience in ICT solution sales / QA and Testing specialist sales, in a similar environment
  • Proven experience in a sales environment and customer service role.
  • Proven sales and client engagement experience coupled with a good understanding of business, sourcing and technology market.
  • Experience in selling into the public sector and private sector
  • Proven experience negotiating with clients and vendors
  • Solid experience with business-to-business sales techniques
  • Demonstrable experience working as part of a sales team in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of consistent achievement of targets
  • Good experience analysing commercial information.
  • Experience working with CRM and understanding general sales processes
Key Accountabilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough QA and Testing solutions, product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client book, and developing an active, repeat customer base
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
  • Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts
  • Utilize CRM effectively to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close processes and provide required reporting
  • Responsible for proactive hunting of new business and growth across all internal channels and with clients
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of QA and testing solutions and value proposition
  • Reaching agreed targets for QA and Testing
  • Assist with and drive relevant leads and or prospects to closure
  • Assist and drive QA and Testing specific tenders
  • Assist Key account managers and Strategic account managers with QA and Testing specific sales or any related sales actions required
  • Realise revenue and margin targets and maximise sales opportunities through connecting client needs with our offerings and solutions
  • Approach the management, decision makers, influencers of prospective leads or sales
  • Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and articulating how we can add value through QA and Testing specific solutions
  • Build solid relationships and display an understanding of the client industry, business environment and strategy to identify current and future opportunities
  • Influence and work closely with selected stakeholders/ clients
  • Use our sales tools and methodology to effectively manage territory, accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast.
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with all stakeholders
  • Complete Sales proposals.

  • Understand clientâ??s business (including commercial and financial aspects) in order to bring value to them from our portfolio of services.

  • The skills used to effectively manage and analyze the client throughout the client lifecycle, with the goal of improving client relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Success will require detailed understanding of client needs, effective sales planning, and building trust, all while managing to client expectations. Developing the skills required to know your client, building effective lasting relationships with them and to be seen as a trusted advisor.

Solution sales skills

  • The knowledge of QA and Testing offerings, client applications, use cases and market trends and the skill to apply them to individual client and prospect situations that positions the sales team member as an expert client advisor.
  • Success will require the ability to link our offerings, including high-value services to specific client and prospect needs and outcomes.

Sales pursuit

  • The skills and knowledge that enable a sales team member to create success by identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.
  • Success will require both individual ownership as well as accountability for coordinating internal and external resources in order to close sales opportunities.
  • Understanding of general sales processes and planning for success
  • Ownership of the complete sales process and cycle
