POSITION INFO:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic Purchasing Manager to join one of the leading global Automotive companies.

Experience required:

4-5 years purchasing management experience
Knowledge of purchasing processes, costing; supplier lead times and managing suppliers
Good decision maker
Experience in data collection and analysis
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers and people
Experience in collecting and analysing data
Strong leadership capabilities
Experience in managing and developing people
Able to use your own initiative and be pro active
Must be thorough and show attention to detail
Must have strong customer focus and service delivery orientation
Problem solving and solutions orientated
Excellent communication skills
Sound analytical, organising, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate needs to have a qualification in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent

NON NEGOTIABLE:

The successful candidate NEEDS to come from the Automotive Manufacturing industry.
