POSITION INFO:

Our international client is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to ensure all materials, parts and products are bought and approved according to specifications, assist with the importing and exporting of equipment to various locations. Monitor stock levels, capture all orders onto the system, prepare reports on purchases and cost analysis. Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival times, collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing and other financial matters. Prerequisite is full Microsoft Office, including MS Projects and a tertiary qualification.
