SUMMARY:
Practice Manager required for Property Administration business in the Helderberg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Management of staff including performance management, training and retaining employees
Identify and implement management control systems to ensure a high standard of service delivery and performance amongst staff
Comply with legislation relating to the Industry/Property Administration Business
Manage and achieve income growth and expenses related targets.
Attend to, and conclude new business enquires and present quotations for contracts with potential clients.
Finalize new client agreements and facilitate take-on.

Requirements:

5 – 7 years Portfolio Management (Sectional Title) experience
Degree or other professional qualification would be advantageous
Section Title Scheme Management diploma advantageous
Previous management experience in a similar industry
Strong financial knowledge and experience is essential and a good understanding of financial systems and controls.
Staff management and leadership experience
Ability to motivate staff
Good judgement and strong decision making skills.
Ability to cope well and remain calm under pressure.
Presentable, neat and professional appearance
Ability to conduct meetings or give presentations
Good people and communication skills
