SUMMARY:
Are you highly organised, work well in a pressurised environment and have excellent administration experience in the property portfolio sector?
Our Client an International Property company with ever-increasing portfolio of properties in the UK are expanding their Team in Cape Town with a new position for a dynamic individual.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS
Matric plus relevant qualifications highly advantageous
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Able to prioritise work and a fast learner
Computer literate in Microsoft Office programmes
Excellent typing skills
Able to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
Previous property experience is preferred but not essential. More important is a good work ethic and a desire to progress within the property industry.
Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 Monday – Friday
DUTIES
Assisting the Property Manager and Team
Focusing on professional customer service; phone, email etc.
General administration duties
Invoice processing
Assist with a new property to be set up the in-house systems
Maintain up to date contact information.
Mail outs
Check key documents are scanned and saved
Managing service charge and dealing with ground rent queries
Arrange works with contractors when necessary

Salary: R20k, dependent on experience
