Property Manager

SUMMARY:
My client is looking for an experienced Property Manager

POSITION INFO:

5 years and more property management experience.

2. Good knowledge of the STSM Act;

3. Good knowledge of the CSOS Act;

4. Experience in compiling Residential and/or Commercial Body Corporate Budgets;

5. Experience in typing of minutes of trustee meetings, AGM, SGM meetings;

6. Fluent in English and able to communicate in a professional manner;

7. Must have a car and valid driver’s licence;

8. Must be available to work in the evenings to attend trustee meetings, AGM’s and/or SGM’s.

Skills:

9. Basic accounting skills;

10. Drafting and understanding of Body Corporate Budgets;

11. Calculate minimum requirement of Reserve fund as per the act.
